How to Use CNC Wood Lathe Correctly?

- The vicinity of the equipment shall be kept dry and free of corrosive gases and other corrosive substances. The equipment should not be in a humid environment with an ambient temperature of ≤ 50 ℃.
- The power supply required by the equipment is a stable 380V three-phase four-wire (including zero wire) power supply, and the single sectional area of the incoming power supply is not less than 2mm. The power crimping must be tightened and not loosened, otherwise, the high resistance at the interface will heat up, which will easily lead to the burning of the power line and even the internal appliances! The power inlet is the terminal at the lower left corner.
- High frequency and high voltage electrical signals will strongly interfere with the control circuit and may damage the driver. Please do not put the electric box near the equipment with high-frequency interference.
- The gas supply shall ensure a normal gas supply. Requirements for air supply steam pump: the air storage capacity of an air storage tank with nominal volume flow greater than 0.25m3/min is greater than 70 liters.
- To shield interference and ensure safety, ensure that the grounding wire is firmly connected and reliably grounded, which is easy cause personal injury and abnormal mechanical operation.
- The range of air supply pressure used by this machine is 0.4 - 0.8 MPa (before processing small columns with a height less than 6 cm, the air supply pressure should be adjusted to 0.4 - 0.6 MPa). According to the observation of the ejector pin and tailstock ejector pin entering the wood, the pressure of the hardwood should be appropriately increased to ensure that the wood will not fall off when rotating at high speed.
- Check the locking condition of the tailstock before processing. If the tailstock is not locked, objects falling during processing will cause serious personal injury.
- To ensure personal safety, sudden power failure and gas failure will cause personal injury. The stair lathe manufacturer tells you not to face the rotating processing object for safety!
- The length error of objects processed in the same batch should be within 2 cm as far as possible.
- Don't touch the running machine parts and processed parts with your hands, and don't put your hands on the moving parts that are easy to pinch. When adjusting the machine tool or cleaning up sundries, you must first cut off the power supply and wait for the shaft to stop.
- Correctly install the turning tool blade orientation according to the processing rotation direction. At the same time, it is equipped with a dust cover.
- The equipment can only be operated by qualified personnel, and the instructions should be read and executed before commissioning and operation. The stair lathe manufacturer tells you that qualified personnel must be trained and click on the standard to operate and identify the equipment.
