Cleaning method of the working platform. There is zinc on the working platform, such as ferroalloy, honeycomb briquette, crawler, knife bar, etc. clean up the processing waste on the working platform first. After half a year of use, the crawler worktable needs to be treated with a little clean antirust oil on the crawler, and other worktables do not need it.

Note: the working platform cannot be easily cleaned with water. It is easy to rust the working platform and accelerate the oxidation of the work.

1. Take out the focusing lens from the frame: loosen the fastening screws, remove the air nozzle and lens barrel in turn, and blow the dust off the lens surface with a blowing balloon first.

2. If you need to clean the lens, you can only use a laboratory-grade paper soft cotton ball, dip it in an appropriate amount of acetone or high-content alcohol, and rotate it gently clockwise from the center of the lens to the edge. If necessary, both sides of the lens need to be cleaned. Pay attention when scrubbing.

2. Under normal circumstances, it is necessary to check the condition of the focusing lens before use and before and after cleaning. Due to the relatively small size of most pollutants and surface defects, we often need to use amplification equipment when checking the lens. In addition to amplification equipment, sometimes we need to irradiate the optical surface with relatively bright light to enhance the specular reflection intensity of surface pollutants and defects so that pollutants and defects can be more easily found.

3. When cleaning the focus lens, always use clean wiping paper and optical grade solvent to prevent damage by other pollutants.
