Machinists utilize CNC turning, a type of CNC machining, to create rounded, cylindrical, and conical pieces. Although it is one of the most used CNC machining services and quick prototyping services, it is less flexible than CNC milling.
Description of MINGHE CNC Turning
CNC turning is a form of CNC machining that machinists use to manufacture rounded, cylindrical, and conical parts. It is less versatile than CNC milling, while it is one of the most popular CNC machining services and rapid prototyping services.
Devices that perform CNC transforming are called CNC lathes or CNC turning centers. They are different from CNC mills in that they rapidly turn the workpiece in a chuck but do not turn the reducing device. The reducing tool, attached to a turret, moves in the direction of the spinning workpiece under computer guidelines and eliminates material where needed.
A CNC lathe can cut the beyond the workpiece or bore with the within to develop tubular CNC machined parts.
The turret of the machine may have multiple cutting devices that can be individually engaged as required.
Advantages of CNC Turning
The biggest advantage of CNC turning is its ability to create round profiles. It is much more difficult to achieve perfect roundness using other CNC machining services like CNC milling or CNC routing.
CNC turning is also highly accurate, which makes it a valuable technology for boring holes of precise dimensions with set tolerances.
CNC milling and CNC turning can be combined to reap the benefits of both processes. In most cases, CNC turning takes place first, allowing the machinist to mill further (asymmetrical) details on the part.
FAQ
How to order?
First, Customer could send us your sample or drawing, such as 2D and 3D drawing(IGS or STP format). Second, Our engineers will check the drawing carefully and then provide you a better price. Thirdly, If you accept, then order confirmed.
Where is your factory?
Our factory located on Dongguan which is a beautiful city which is very near Guangzhou and Shenzhen. You can fly to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (ZGSZ) or Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (ZGGG), we will pick you up at the airport.
